PENINSULA SHIPPING

Home delivery: €4.60, free for orders over €100.

Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days.

*During sales, Christmas, Black Friday or other promotions, the delivery time may be longer.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We cannot combine orders, and shipping costs are applied individually.

If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will automatically refund the corresponding amount. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund is processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/RETURNS

We offer different rates and delivery times depending on the destination:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands
Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland:

  • Shipping price: €30.
  • Delivery time: 2 to 10 business days.
  • Return cost €30 (drop-off point).
  • We do not make exchanges; you will need to return the order and place a new order for the desired item.

PENINSULA CHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size or color.

If you would like the same garment in a different size or color, please contact us at support@altresatelier.com to manage the return. If you choose the return option via gift card , it will be free and you can use it to make a new purchase of the desired item.

We also inform you that the shipping costs for the new order are not included and must be borne by the customer.

PENINSULA RETURNS

You can make returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days after receiving your order .

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Please send an email to support@altresatelier.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and your preferred return method.

The costs and return methods are:

  • Post Office: €4.95. By taking the package directly to your nearest Post Office with the label we will provide.
  • Free for returns in exchange for a gift card.

No returns are accepted for sprays, creams, insoles, underwear, socks, or pre-order or personalized items.

IMPORTANT: Products must be returned along with the corresponding receipt/purchase slip you received with your order (so we can identify your return) and in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, with all inner and outer tags still attached, without repairs, in their complete original packaging, and accompanied by all related accessories. Altres Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns made after the deadline if the products are not in the same condition as when they were shipped, or if they do not meet the return conditions.

In the case of pre-owned products , the right of withdrawal will also apply within the statutory period of 14 calendar days. However, upon receipt of the returned item, Altres Atelier will inspect the product and reserves the right to issue a partial refund if any additional use, wear, or damage is detected beyond the condition described and documented at the time of sale.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase or, if that method is unavailable, via a gift card. If you paid for your items with a gift card, the refund will be credited to the same gift card used for the purchase.

Your returned items will be sent to our offices for refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 15 business days.
