PURCHASE CONDITIONS

ALTRES ATELIER DESIGN SL is a Spanish company dedicated to the retail marketing, through digital means, e-commerce platforms and other distance sales channels, of fashion products, clothing, footwear, accessories, leather goods, complements and lifestyle items.

1. Ownership of the domain

The domain www.altresatelier.com belongs to the company ALTRES ATELIER DESIGN SL , with tax identification number B25979519 and registered office at:

C/ Carbón, 6 and 8, 28918 Leganés, Madrid (Spain)

Registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Sheet M-875528, Registration 1st.

2. Definitions

Seller: ALTRES ATELIER DESIGN SL

Customer: An adult individual who makes a purchase through the website.

Product: Clothing, footwear, accessories, leather goods, complements and lifestyle items marketed by ALTRES ATELIER.

3. Object and scope of application

These Purchase Conditions govern the acquisition of products offered through the website www.altresatelier.com .

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions, as well as the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

4. Identification of the parties

On the one hand, the Seller, whose details are listed in section 1.

And on the other hand, the Client, whose data is provided during the purchase process.

5. Purchase process

The purchase process is carried out electronically through the website.

The Customer can purchase as a guest or create a user account.

The process consists of:

  1. Product selection.
  2. Entering shipping and billing information.
  3. Payment method selection.
  4. Order confirmation.

Before finalizing the purchase, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the purchase summary.

6. Prices and payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order.

ALTRES ATELIER reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

In the event of a clear typographical error in the price, the Customer will be informed and may cancel the order at no cost.

Payments are made using the methods enabled on the website through secure payment gateways. ALTRES ATELIER does not have access to the Customer's bank details.

7. Shipments

Spain (Peninsula)

  • Home delivery: €4.60
  • Free for orders over €100
  • Estimated timeframe: 2–3 business days

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

International shipments (Europe)

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland:

  • Shipping cost: €30
  • Estimated timeframe: 2–10 business days
  • Return cost: €30 (drop-off point)

During promotional periods, deadlines may be extended.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, you must write to support@altresatelier.com indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product and after verification of its condition.

No returns accepted for:

  • Sprays
  • Creams
  • Templates
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Customized or pre-order items

Products must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging.

9. Changes

Currently, direct changes to size or color are not available.

The customer must manage the return and make a new purchase.

If you choose the return option via gift card, it will be free for orders within the Peninsula.

Shipping costs for the new order are not included and must be borne by the Customer.

10. Returns

Peninsula

  • Post Office: €4.95
  • Free if a gift card is requested

Returns must be requested by email to support@altresatelier.com indicating the order number.

International

  • Return cost: €30
  • No exchanges are made, only refunds and new purchases.

Returns will be processed once the product has been received and its condition verified.

11. Legal guarantee

The products have the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with current regulations.

In the event of a defective product or shipping error, the Customer must notify support@altresatelier.com , attaching photographs. Once the issue has been verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.

12. Responsibility

ALTRES ATELIER will not be responsible for delays resulting from force majeure, logistical incidents beyond its control, or technical interruptions of the website.

13. Conflict resolution

In the event of a dispute with consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile will have jurisdiction in accordance with current regulations.

Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers may resort to the European online dispute resolution platform:

14. Modification of conditions

ALTRES ATELIER reserves the right to modify these Purchase Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.
